Construction crews began building Harbor Chase @ Prince William Commons in May of 2017. Harbor Chase is an active adult community for adults 55 years of age and older. In fact, according to those working on the project, it will cost 23 million dollars to build. Harbor Chase is located in Prince William County. As a matter of fact, the building was designed by Gensler and Associates who is known for building other active adult communities in the Washinton. D.C. areas. such as District Commons and Ball Park Square. The 3 story building includes 60 condo units, and 60 memory care units. Residents will have access to common room areas, free parking, and a 2 story dining room area.
