Scope of Project
A modern multi-family unit such as this needs an experienced building envelope company with over four generations of experience that understands the importance of getting the job done on time and within budget.
No matter the size of the building it’s necessary to understand the material that’s protecting its structure from the inside out.
Cameron Building Envelope Specialist used a combination of mineral wool and
closed cell spray foam across the entire project site.
The spray-applied polyurethane foam insulating
air barrier system helps to provide maximum energy efficiency, durability and occupant comfort, health and safety.
The Roxul acoustical fire batt is semi-rigid batt insulation designed specifically for interior wall, floor, and ceiling applications. This stone fiber based insulation is made from natural stone and recycled content. It’s a green product that provides superior sound absorbency and fire protection for overall occupant comfort and safety. The material used for the project will absorb sound and acts a fire retardant. These barriers will allow the building to have a controlled airflow which, in turn, complements the building’s insulation systems and allows them to function properly.
