THERMAX™ is a product from Dow Building Solutions who, like Cameron Group, is an active supporter of “green building” efforts. Dow is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), a nonprofit coalition that promotes high-performance green building design. USGBC’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) system is the standard for high-performance energy-efficient buildings. Cameron Building Envelope Specialists implements insulation systems using only the top products available. While we execute jobs according to spec, we first complete a detail review to ensure that the spec will achieve its intended results and meet all code requirements. In this way, we are able to leverage our decades of experience and commitment to cutting edge building science to serve our customers, protect customer budgets, and make sure the building’s performance will excel.

Why the Detail Review

The pre-work detail review ensures the right system is chosen for job to pick right thing for owner and GC. When Cameron provides job estimates, we are taking the perspective of implementing an entire system whether that’s in the drawn up in the spec or not. In other words, we don’t sell parts-and-pieces insulation work. We act as a partner with general contractors to ensure the best insulation system is selected for the owner, the building, the budget, and the job.
