Ginny Cameron

CEO
The real question is what doesn’t Ginny do? As CEO of Cameron Group, Ginny oversees all operations, policy implementation, and strategic planning. In a nutshell: she keeps the ship afloat for our clients and our own company.
Ginny’s love for the insulation business has been apparent since she was a child. Her father, Walter Shipe, joined the family business in 1949 and she followed suit in 1977. And she then took a leadership role in the industry.
Ginny currently serves on the Board of Directors of both ICAA and Insulate America. In 2001, she became the first female president of ICAA.
And while there are countless rewards to leading Cameron Group, the greatest of these would be getting to carry on the family business alongside her sons, Scott and Andrew, and the rest of the staff that has become her second family.
xScott Cameron

President
Scott Cameron is the man who keeps everything running. At the age of 14, he began his career at Cameron Group, working his way up from warehouse to labor, then on to sales, then management. Now, as President, Scott plans, develops, organizes, implements, and evaluates the organization’s overall performance. His specialized knowledge of building science, building performance, and construction detailing contributes to the success of our company.
When he’s not at his desk or working with our staff, Scott enjoys spending time with his lovely wife and daughter. If you ever find yourself in Patapsco State Park, you might see Scott… he’ll be the one zooming past you on a mountain bike.

Kyle Ball

Director of Business Development
In short, Kyle is the “business guy.” Kyle is the first point of contact for commercial construction projects. His knack for problem-solving and building relationships has positioned Cameron Group as one of the top insulation installations companies in the Mid-Atlantic region.
And while we’re so grateful for the work he does for Cameron, perhaps the greatest role Kyle holds is as husband and father to two boys. In his free time, Kyle also loves playing soccer and spends about 71.6% of his time singing. In fact, he may or may not be recording his own album. (…He’s not, but it sure sounded cool, didn’t it?)
xDavid Ball

General/Operations Manager
Formally, David Ball is our General/Operations Manager. Informally, he’s the “Foam Braniac,” specializing in spray foam insulation and air barriers. On a day-to-day basis, David is the point of contact once projects are ready. He’s also charged with the responsibility of managing logistics, scheduling, management, and overall direction for our entire crew of installers.
His journey in the industry began in 1996, after seeing a newspaper ad that was seeking spray foam insulation installers. After spending 8 years as an installer, he moved up the ladder, taking more management roles. Now, he’s proud to call Cameron Group his home and enjoys working with builders and homeowners on how to best assist their projects.
His love for projects doesn’t end when he leaves the office. On weekends, David spends his time tending to renovation projects of all sorts, whether that be concerning his commercial properties or fixing up his motorcycles.
xEd Cimino

Safety Director
Ed is charged with developing, implementing and monitoring the company’s safety program. As an authorized OSHA 10 & 30 hour construction outreach instructor, he is driven by the belief that well-trained workers are essential to maintaining a safe work environment. In his free time, Ed enjoys walking and bicycling. x
John Foley

Controller
When it comes to the financial world, John Foley is the best of the best. With over 30 years of experience in accounting, he brings unparalleled knowledge and expertise to his position as well as to the entire department. As Controller, he oversees all of the financial activity within Cameron Group and ensures that we continue to use the most cost-efficient and effective building science equipment to benefit our company budget and also, most importantly, our clients’ budgets.
When he’s not in the office, John enjoys relaxing with his family and friends.
xLinda Glenn

Senior - Accounts Receivable
What would we do without Linda? A question we truly don’t want an answer to…
She joined Cameron Group in 2002, serving as assistant to the fireproofing manager. Over the years, her role has evolved. Now, as Senior of Accounts Receivable, Linda is responsible for sending out bid proposals, ensuring that all jobs are appropriately recorded, and billing all commercial foam accounts. Each day brings a new challenge, but that’s Linda’s favorite part of the job.
Her free time is usually spent with family and gardening. Not only that, she uses the produce from her vegetable garden to create and can spicy sauces and jams. (Is anyone else starting to feel a bit hungry all of a sudden?)
xCaitlin Klobosits

Junior Bookkeeper
Hardworking. Detail-oriented. Dependable. That’s Caitlin. As a Junior Bookkeeper, she assists our Controller with accounting matters and handles the payables and collections for our other various departments. Caitlin started her time at Cameron Group, LLC in 2013 and has since played a vital role in the overall functionality of our team. When she’s not working with numbers, you’ll likely find Caitlin playing a few games of slow pitch softball or traveling to her hometown in Pennsylvania. x
Joseph Thomas

Warehouse Manager
Cameron Group’s various insulation services wouldn’t get very far if it weren’t for our Warehouse Manager, Joseph Thomas. He began at Cameron Group as an Installer but now is tasked with general maintenance and upkeep of all supplies and insulation material that makes its way in and out of our offices. Not only does this include keeping inventory but also ensuring that all projects are fully-stocked with the materials needed to best complete the insulation task at hand.
As a grandfather to seven, majority of Joseph’s free time is spent in the stands of mini-league sporting events…but he wouldn’t have it any other way!
xFelipe Soto, Jr.

Quality customer service is Felipe’s specialty. Being the Material Sales Manager here at Cameron Group, Felipe works tirelessly to provide our customers with the products they desire at a competitive price while also helping them figure out the best materials for the job they’re trying to accomplish.
When trying to describe Felipe, the word “dedication” comes to mind. Having worked at Cameron for a number of years (starting out as a Delivery Driver for our Materials Sales Department, then moving up to Manager), he’s developed a great understanding of building science, the thousands of products we carry in our warehouse, and the various types of projects our customers request guidance on.
In his free time, Felipe can be found spending quality time with his loved ones.
xJohn Jacoby

Superintendent
If you’ve had any work done with Cameron Group, you’ve probably met John Jacoby either in-person or on the phone. As a member of the Warehouse staff, he ensures that all supplies are loaded and delivered to their intended destination. This keep our projects timely and well-equipped with the materials best proven to serve each customer according to the unique specifications of their home or building.
John joined Cameron 2 years ago and has been family ever since. When he’s not making sure that the warehouse and project team are fully-equipped, he enjoys spending time with his friends.
xAdam Collins

Project Manager
Adam is a valued project manager for Cameron Building Envelope Specialists. He started his carrier at Cameron Group as a spray foam mechanic and quickly worked his way up to field superintendent, eventually becoming the project manager. Adam is always challenging himself by tackling the most complicated projects. He is currently a board member of the Washington DC Building Envelope Council. When he’s not working, Adam enjoys fishing and spending time with his kids. x
Debbie Mattes

Senior Estimator
As a Senior Estimator, you have to be sharp, knowledgeable, and able to think out of the box… and that’s what makes Debbie Mattes so terrific at what she does. Day to day, Debbie’s tasks include assessing site conditions, staying up-to-date on new code requirements, interpreting plans, and properly estimating the needs of a specific venture. Debbie has been a member of the Cameron team for 20 years and is familiar with all aspects of the construction industry, having entered into it right out of college. She is one of our most-experienced estimators. When she’s not in the office, Debbie enjoys exploring her artsy side, creating abstract contemporary art as well as photographing the world (and people) around her. x
Scott Seivert

Estimator
Scott Seivert is one of those people who has a certain intuition and knack for the insulation industry. So, naturally, we just had to have him on our team. Scott works in residential and commercial estimating and is specifically knowledgeable in building science & performance.
Scott’s interest in this line of work began at a young age, learning from his father who was a contractor and spent time teaching Scott a variety of skills related to the construction business.
During his free time, you’ll find Scott either kickboxing, weight-lifting, or working on his car.
xMatt Lee

Estimator
“I love meeting new people and getting to know each customer.”
It’s that commitment to understanding the needs of each customer and providing them with the best product for the best price is what sets our team apart from the rest. Through his role as Estimator, Matt Lee embodies that same commitment and works each day to provide estimates to our residential and commercial customers.
Outside of the office, Matt enjoys spending time with his family. Whether it’s encouraging his four children at their extra-curricular activities or enjoying a quiet Saturday at home with his wife, wherever Matt is, his loved ones are close by.
