Washington, D.C. Gets a Taste of Upscale Living

Toll Brothers is one of the most respected single family luxury home builders in the Washington, D.C. Metro area. Toll Brothers  has decided to  now expanded their line of business by venturing into the multi family unit industry.  The luxury builder recently broke ground on their first luxury apartment facility Union Place. Union Place is  a 14 story multi-family luxury living facility that will possess over 525 individual units once completed. Union Place is located directly next to historic Union Station, and is within walking distance of Gallaudet University. The luxury apartment facility  will have a rooftop pool and a lounge with a view of the Capitol building.  A beautiful courtyard area is also being built next to the main entry area of the building. Union Place will posses a beautiful state of the Art Gym along with a rock climbing wall.  Construction is expected to be completed by the spring of 2018. A project of this size and stature requires a specialized wall system that prevents moisture and condensation from occurring.

Scope of Work

As the Building Envelope Specialist selected for this unique project we are thrilled to offer our specialty skills and years of experience.  Our team is installing a Themax Wall System for this large scale project.  The Thermax Wall System is an efficient way to attain precision at every level. Thermax Wall Systems have a simplistic design, contoured architecture, and enhanced energy consumption for an abbreviated carbon footprint. Thermax Wall Systems protect building facilities like Union Place against moisture and condensation.
