30-story, 429-unit tower developed by Macerich and managed by Kettler. The building, located on the same complex as Macerich’s 2.2 million square foot Tysons Corner Center Mall, broke ground in 2013. It is designed by Shalom Baranes and is being constructed by Donohoe Construction.
