Ingleside at King Farm is Got a Colorful Makeover

Ingleside at King Farm is a retirement community located in Rockville, Maryland. The community is comprised of a number of buildings. Some of the buildings are entirely residential, while some are dedicated to different facilities.  

Scope of Work

This is one of Cameron Building Envelope Specialists’ cladding projects. Cameron BES has installed Swisspearl® panels on the exterior walls of Ingleside’s B building. The design incorporates a pattern of different cool-toned panels. The remaining buildings will be cladded in different pattern designs. Swisspearl® cladding panels are not only stylish, but also durable, functional, and reliable. They provide a layer of protection against the elements while adding to a building’s overall aesthetics. Cladded façades benefit from virtually no cost of maintenance and repairs. Additionally, the relative ease of installation also makes cladding less costly than other building envelope alternatives.
