F1rst is the name of a mixed-use development project that will bring a 13-story, 325-unit apartment building and 12-story hotel (125,000 square feet, in total) to Washington’s Capitol Riverfront.

Located across from Nationals Park, F1rst is expected to transform this part of the district into a central hub for baseball fans, city goers, and tourists.

The apartment building will feature several amenities for residents including a pool, fitness center, courtyard terrace, and retail space (for future use). Expected completion year of this project is 2017.
