220 South Union Street is among the many projects that Cameron Building Envelope Specialists (BES) has worked tirelessly on.

Located in Alexandria, Virginia (near to the Potomac River), 220 South Union Street is a part of the Alexandria Waterfront Redevelopment Plan, a plan intended to enhance Alexandria’s waterfront, develop a flood mitigation system, and create a riverfront promenade in the city. The $23,000,000 construction plan will bring about a 5-story, 120-room hotel to the city of Alexandria. In an effort to preserve the historic, colonial-style essence of this area, the hotel will be comprised of masonry, antique metal accents, and detailed brickwork. The project is expected to reach completion in March 2017.
